Summary: Interxion will expand its City of London campus and build a LON2 data centre, which will add 1,700 sqm of inventory. This space will be online some time in 2Q12 and will support 2.5 kVA per sqm of power. Interxion will also add an additional 11MW of power to the City of London campus. This will be available in 4Q12.
Details: Interxion cited demand coming from financial services, digital media and hosting/cloud service providers as drivers. With the London expansion, Interxion has 10k sqm space of projected to come online in 1H12.
Capex: Capital expenditure for LON2 is projected at €38m.
