Details: Figaro is a provider of classified advertising solutions and will use Telecity to host its primary IT infrastructure: web presence and back office infrastructure. It will be based in the Condorcet and Energy Park facilities. The facilities are 10km apart and the infrastructure is deployed in an active-active state for redundancy purposes. The customer cited carrier density, business continuity requirements and compliance as reasons for working with Telecity. The fact advertising is now so heavily dependent on the online and mobile mediums was definitely another driving factor. The value proposition of a third party provider in meetings these needs are clearly visible.
