Details: The new facility will be home to both managed hosting and colocation. It is based in the Redondo Beach area of Los Angeles and will have 55k net sqft of space at full capacity. The design is N+1 with seismic-reinforcement and high-density power availability of up to 12 kW per rack. The location is just 15 minutes from LAX airport. Internap disclosed its data centre map and the product distribution in those facilities in a recent briefing with us According to that briefing, Internap will have both the legacy Internap managed hosting along with the new Agile Hosting (legacy Voxel) platforms both running in this data centre.
