Summary: TelecityGroup disclosed an update for the market in Amsterdam.
Details: Telecity expanded in Amsterdam (AMS 5) towards the end of 1Q12 and demand has been healthy enough that it has moved to a second phase expansion (as planned) that is targeted for completion by the end of the year. The total capacity at AMS 5 is 9 MW and once this expansion is built out there will be 50% of that – 4.5 MW – in operation. Telecity noted demand is both from new and existing customers and is coming from within the Netherlands as well as globally.
