QTS reports 1Q17 results; leasing, revenue growth underwhelms, pipeline remains strong
QTS Realty Trust reported its 1Q17 results, which pointed to an underwhelming quarter from both a top-line revenue growth and leasing activity standpoint. Revenue in the quarter was impacted by a $10m annual churn event that occurred at the end of January in one of its leased sites in Northern Virginia.
