Altice spins out French data centre portfolio into new subsidiary, sells majority stake to Morgan Stanley
French telco group Altice formed a new company named UltraEdge, holding more than 250 data centres in France, and is selling a 70% stake to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP) for €535m (US$583.3 million).
