Global Switch sells Australia data centre business to HMC Capital for $1.4b
Global Switch will sell its Australian data centre assets (Global Switch Australia Holdings or GSAH) to investment manager HMC Capital for AUD $2.12b (USD $1.41b) with the deal expected to close by early 2025.
