Iron Mountain acquires IO’s US data centre business in $1.3b deal; national and emerging global footprint
Iron Mountain acquired Phoenix-based IO’s US data centre business for $1.315b. The deal adds data centres in Phoenix, Scottsdale, New Jersey and Ohio totalling 62 MW of existing capacity with the potential to expand another 77 MW in Phoenix and New Jersey from the adjacent plots of land included in the transaction.
