Prime Data Centers signs 12MW anchor tenant in Los Angeles
Prime Data Centers signed an undisclosed 12MW anchor tenant at its LAX-01 facility in Los Angeles, which is scheduled for delivery in 4Q23. The tenant is a publicly traded technology company that is looking to optimize content delivery for its user base in Southern California. At full build, the facility will be 261k sqft and 33MW of critical IT.
